Hi Lin no he is areally violet or mouve. (remember I am Colour Blind "Blue green blindness)

The colour directly under his cheek is closer to his real colour.

But is he 'normal' so to speak. And does that colour lippy suit you?

yea..for some reason when taking pictures of Violet budgies, it doesn't turn that color but rather cobalt.

Rainbow he is the same colour as the top left bird in the header. The one with the santa hat.

The two tail feathers are violet (i've been told, yes my wife) with black ends.
