contains:cucomber/tomato/BOILED patato/normal bird seed/millet spary,first chop veg into tiny pieces but i mean tiny so it turns a bit like a mushy paste then while choping add the seeds and the millet cop the millet small and fine.then take a feed bowl witch they have there veg in and press it down into it so its like a fresh veggie block! :feedbirds: my birds think its yummy
