i have a male english budgie who is 6yrs old i think cause i dont relly now how to read the band i know it says 98 and the number 47 also on it. its he too old to breed? i have 6 pairs and for some reasons even thoe to me he is the prettiest the females dont get turn on by him

male fertility starts to drop at two yearsand steadily declines at six years your bird would probably be getting to old but saying that there are always exceptions
