It would be hard to say because any budgie can have a number of hidden traits..

 

All I can see from that pair would be normal greens that would be split for blue and recessive pied (if that is a recessive pied in the picture)

 

You could get some blue babies if your pied is split for blue.

that's right HurdyBirdy, also some pied if the blue is split for it too.
