What color/mutations does my budgie have?

I do not have her/him yet, I will be getting it in December. It is 6 weeks old right now.

Recessive pied males ceres stay a pinkish color correct? And the females appear to have white around their nostrils, but a mostly pinkish cere (unless in breeding condition), correct?

 

How old is a female budgie before she comes into her first heat? I'm not looking to breed, just curious How many times a year?

young females have a blueish cere with white circles around the nostrils, and yes males keep the pink cere of young all their life.

 

Female are physically ready from 6 months but not Mentally until 12 months. Pet birds can stay in condition all year round. But breeding times are normally spring and early autumn (fall)
