okay some mathematic advice required

Hen No.1 Egss laid October, 4, 6,8,10,10 and 13th, to me that makes the last egg 24 days old. So far only hatched one on Oct.27th, so I presume that was the egg laid on 8th Oct. as she usually takes 19 days.

Hen No.2 eggs were laid Oct. 7th,9,11,13,15,17 and 19th. That makes the 1st egg 30 days

So far she has hatched 4 babies on 31st Oct, 2nd Nov, 4th and 6th (today) I presume these were from the last 4 eggs, as she usually takes 18-20 days.

As both Mums are still on ALL the eggs and have not discarded any, do I or don't I remove them?

I was going to take them all away on Friday when I noticed the 2nd chick, glad now that I did not.

Try keeping them longer or untill the mother get's tired of them and no longer show's interest in them. If you make a mistake and take them too soon she may lay more in order to keep a full clutch.

Leave them, the hen will get rid of them when she's ready. Only throw them if the babies smash them by accident

i agree also you could stress her out by taking them away

Thanks everyone. The eggs are still all nice and clean and clear.

If you candle them and all of them are clear toss them. I doubt the birds will lay more eggs now as they have other chicks to tend to. Plus with them being infertile they are places for bacteria to grow and with the hens sitting on them the growth of the bacteria will be very fast and eggs that grow bacteria can and will explode(speaking from experience here). Then you have a rotten smell coming from the nest and the bacteria can kill the chicks and even the parents.
