October 10, 200519 yr mum and dad green/yellow ones Rainbow the 2 green birds in the picture are the parents.. The male on the perch on the left side is not green, he is a type 2 yellowface blue. Look around his legs and under the wings towards the vent - unless I am mistaken those feathers are blue. That is why I asked if the hen had that color too.
October 11, 200519 yr I think you may have double factor spangles. The only thing is I have very limited info on them. Nerwen if you could tell me do they have the pink eyes when they are young?? Cool, maybe I got it right... Seeing those new pics (soooo cute) I really think they are double factor spangles. Having seen pics of baby ablinos and lutinos they have really Bright almost alien sort of eyes. Nerwen because you have agreed with me. Am I right that they do hatch with the red eyes?? Shell, can I have a few more pics please, try and hold the babies up so I can get a good look at the cere.. From the last picture I think the yellow one is boy and the white is girl, I will confirm this with the new pics..

Ahh that had already been talked about and worked out sorry Not sure if it was in this thread or another now. I was simply calling them green still becuase I didn't want to breake Shell's mind Here is the link: http://forums.budgiebreeders.asn.au/index....wtopic=6140&hl= This is where it was worked out she had two yelowface type two spangle budgies Nerwen because you have agreed with me. Sorry Lady I must have missed your first post asking for help I'm not sure about the yes when young, but I can see them having plum eyes like a recessive pied bird getting darker with age. Nice pics and the names a perfect. Don't worry about seeing them out of the box 5 weeks old is perfect for them to start exploring, have you got a branch right next to the box just in frotn of it so they can stay close to the hole and climb back when they wish.
