Bobby just won't bath!

 

What can I do?

 

I've put his favourite veg in the bowl and he still won't get in it. He stands on the edge and eats from there. He does the flapping of the wings that budgies would normally do in the bowl but he just won't get in

 

PLease help

What's wheatgrass and where can I get it from so i can start growing it? I thought putting his favourite veg which is lettuce would work but it just didn't

get your swim suit on spemmi. Get in the bath take Bobbi with you and splash about like a budgie. He will love it and join in. If you have a shower thing you attach to the taps even better. Gooby sits on my head in the bath while i spray him. He flaps about in delight

oooo sounds like fun I just said it to my mum she laughed but i said it's worth a try. should the water be shallow though?

i wish i could do that - casper is only allowed to be out in my room unless he has his wings done again.

yes and don't add bubble or anything.

 

make sure its nice and warm after for him.

believe me, casper doesnt like water at all. i have had him nearly a year and nothing i tried worked - until i discovered wheatgrass. i sprayed it and he rolled in it and ive never seen him have so much fun.

my coco bathes everytime i turn on the vacuum, works like a charm! (and he also like taking a shower with me )

you can get stick on perches for the shower you know!

 

they have little suction pads on them and stick on tiles so that you can take your birdies in the shower with you. You can get three sizes i think.
