We want to move house soon (thus dismantle the aviary), but are wondering about relocating some eggs, with the mother and father into a smaller breeding cage type of set up. There in a small breeding box in my 5ft x 8ft aviary, the eggs are less than a week old.

Question being, will the parents reject the eggs after i move them?

I'd say there is a good chance they will be abandoned. Don't worry though, they will lay more when you get them settled again.

there is a small chance they wont be rejected but i do mean small,if they had been in the small breeding cage to start with you might have stood a better chance
