August 28, 200519 yr yes, casper sometimes eats honey dew just obviously make sure there is no skin seeds or the horrible hard bit in the middle.

August 28, 200519 yr Great! It's honeydew we've got... I'm on a diet so i got some, and i'm sure it'd be good for them to eat some melon instead of feasting on millet! Whether or not they'll eat it is another matter... here goes!

August 29, 200519 yr My birds absolutely refuse to eat fruit. The only times fruit was eaten in the aviary was when I got 3 Ringnecks for xmas last year & when I had Bo my rainbow lorikeet. Have they tried the melon yet?
