Pellet conversion

The little princess still isn't feeling too well. She's all snotty. So we've put her on baytrill again. We have been planning on placing her into the vets care again, to monitor her for a few days to see if they pick something we don't. I had a chat to the nurse who deals with conversion, and she's not comfortable leaving Merly at her place if she's sick just in case something happens, which is fair enough. So I asked if they could convert her if we hospitalised her, since we were already going to do that. They said it was fine. Sooo tomorrow morning hopefully, my little fuzzybutt is heading off to the vets to be monitored, crop fed and I guess "force" converted to pellets, or at least getting her to eat pellet balls. Two vets will be on staff tomorrow so there will be plenty of people to take care of her and watch her for us.

It may not get done until next week but they'd like her in this week, plus I'm exceedingly worried about the current lot of discharge which is why she's been having baytrill. She's also not eating as much as she did, she stopped eating millet yesterday :) So I think she's in need of some vet therapy. She may not even be converted to pellets, we shall leave it up to their judgement, but fingers crossed she's well enough to convert! Keep hoping they figure out whats wrong with her too!!!!

Good luck!

I just made the lot of balls I'm supposed to bring in with her, they smell like off porridge ewwwwwww

Good luck with it all!! :)

good luck Tegz! i have fingers crossed for merly
