December 2, 200618 yr I've tried lightly boiled and graded carrots - yellow and orange. Also dandylion leaves, unfortunately almost gone due to the weather now. But their favourites are apples - a day that keep the doctors away. They also like persimmon. Banana was also nibbled, but I am afraid to offer them, since I've heard they spray them when transport. The poll has convinced me to offer more veggies.
December 3, 200618 yr Mine get vegies every second day..........they eat sliced english spinach, chinese vegies like Bok Choy and Pak Choy, grated carrot, celery, corn on the cob, homemade eggfood with all these vegies in too. None of my budgies will eat Broccoli or apples.
December 3, 200618 yr Broccoli is a favourite with mine, and they like apple too, as well as all the other veggies Bubbles mentioned. They get their veggies every day, I think they would riot if they didn't. Today they are feasting on broccoli, grated carrot, bok choy, sugar snap peas and corn.
