Hey my little litsu wont come to me she knos wen i call and she looks and i put her on my finger she likes it but i want her to learn to come to me can anyone help?

 

also i try to hold her in many diffrent ways but she pecks struggles i try the best methods but it never works can u please post a picture of how you hold yours?

If she'll sit on your finger then the more time you spend with her the more bonded to you she'll become and the more she'll want to be with you. :grbud: If she's finger tame then there should be little need to actually 'hold' her but if you ever need to check her over the best and safest way to hold a budgie is with their back in the palm of your hand with you index and middle finger on either side of their neck and you thumb and other fingers around her middle. Don't squeeze or anything though, just gently restrain.

thanks bea shes not very er lets say happy of being held so i just held her on my finger and she started to fall asleep :grbud:

If she started to fall asleep on you she must have felt safe to sleep on you.

Mitsi and Scooby are the same, love the company and attention but hate being held, however scooby plays dead and mitsi wiggles and figets, he even got out the vets grip and looked pleased as punch with himself sat on the top of the cabnet until i wistled for him to come down.
