Posted August 2, 200520 yr After I've Cleaned My Birds Cage On A Tuesday And Friday I Take One Out At A Time And Check Their : Beaks Claws Cere Wings When I Did It Today Ty Pulled Away And Flew Off, Leaving His Tail Behind Him ! He Doesn't Seem Affected And I Checked Each Feather That Came Out And None Had Blood On Them And There Is No Blood On Him. Can Anyone Tell Me If He'll Be okay And Tell Me If There Is Anything I Can Do, Thankyou
August 3, 200520 yr How did his tail come out? Were you holding him by the tail? :grbud: If there was no blood anywhere then he'll be fine and the feathers will just grow back. He may be a bit unbalanced when he flies for a while though.

August 3, 200520 yr sorry i would never hold him by his tail, as he flew off my hand was cupped as I was holding him and I caught his tail. there is no blood so i'm glad thats a good sign. thanks for your help
