I am taking your advice, since I dont want another clutch yet. I just dont think I can shake or boil them :-( I will freeze them. How long do I put them in the freezer for and do i then just put them back in the nesting box?

 

Please reply asap. Minnie has laid another 3 eggs! uggg

Well unfortunatly I didnt get ANY replies .... the eggs cracked in the freezer.

 

Can I use Olives eggs that I kept from her last clutch, they were all clear?

 

Where can I buy fake eggs???

 

I have at least 2 weeks until Tweetys babies are even close to fledging, I dont want Minnie & Daisy laying eggs for that long & having me come along and take them!

You should be able to get fake eggs for a pet shop, or if you have marble laying aroung the place they can be use too. (so I've read never tested it myself)

 

I wouldn't use the other eggs if they are that old then they would be rotten inside which would not be nice if the hen breaks them.
