The first of my 4 chicks has finally left the nest, although the two males in the aviary seem to be giving him/her a hard time and bullying him/her.

 

Should this worry me? Should I seperate the chick?

If they are extra males who don't have hens remove them from the cage. Also you can put the baby back inside the nest box, at first they are supposed to come out during the day and be in the box at night, after you they have been out of the nest box for a week and you have seen them eating well you can remove them from the cage.
