This website says that PVC is toxic to birds. I made my budgies a special gyms out of PVC pipes. Should I take it away?

okay Zoe,i see your point, and understand your concerns, BUT, personally I cant see a danger in the hard, none pliable pvc. I will ask around and get more info for yu, off people, not links In the meantime, STOP beating yourself up

yeah i agree with chirpy it appears that the danger is only present with soft pvc. i wouldnt have thought hard pvc perches would do any harm - a lot of people buy brightly coloured bendy plastic perches.

 

i think as long as there is no danger of your birds ingesting anything from the play gym that it would be fine.
