Posted June 1, 200520 yr My pet budgie cyan :bb: is actually similar to me, kinda looks chubby and is lazy too, when ever the other 2 budgies fly out of the cage, that budgie stays there or climbs its way out, i am chubby too and lazy
June 1, 200520 yr well they do say a dog looks like its owner! perhaps the same can be said for budgies and their owners! do you have any pictures?
June 1, 200520 yr well i do but either its in my brothers computer or the main computer... the one in the main computer doesnt have a good picture... the thing is couple month ago my brother accidentaly pulled its tail and took a picture with a missing tail and calls it a frog and my brother keeps calling them stupid and leaves all the chores for me...
June 1, 200520 yr i have never seen a budgie with a missing tail how old is your brother that pulled the budgie tail ? lets have a look at your budgie then. I can imagine the missing tail is there - i have a good imagination. he has a tail! were you pulling my leg?
June 1, 200520 yr 1. the picture in my signature is phoenix not cyan 2. i am posting it in midnight wich the main comp is off 3. 1 month and 2 days till my brother is 17 4. you double posted Edited June 1, 200520 yr by Tekhsheen
June 1, 200520 yr how did he 'accidentally' pull the budgies tail. I expected you to say he was a toddler. poor budgie
June 1, 200520 yr well its a short story (you probably expected me to say long) my brother was holding the tail so the budgie doesnt escape, so the budgie tried to escape, pop came out the tail, the tail was still in my brothers hand, he showed it to me and, and, i saw blood i wanted to cry and vomit too so i felt very sad for the poor fella and i knew it felt sad for having no tail... i always know how budgies feel, if their happy, they tweet, if mad, they screem, if sad, a sad tone voice, if sleepy, their fluffy or their just still, if their exited, their jumpy... me :angel1: my brother :vampire Edited June 1, 200520 yr by Tekhsheen
June 1, 200520 yr i would be inclined to shave off my brothers eye brows whilst he was sleeping if he did that to my budgie. How cruel to hold a budgie by the tail . He ought to be horse whipped.
June 1, 200520 yr ooh no i just remembered the same thing happened to phoenix by my brother but no blood (note the picture is 2-3 month after it happened) Edited June 1, 200520 yr by Tekhsheen
June 1, 200520 yr he said it was to stop it from flying away. isn't it horrible. would it have hurt the budgie? he said there was blood. poor budgies
June 1, 200520 yr by the tail :bluebudgie: poor bird i know how it feels to have like my hair pulled at and it hurts imaging a budgie and his tail ouch
June 9, 200520 yr First off, I think thats absolutly horible, you should never hold a budgie by its tail! I feel bad for your budgies, and I agree with standbyme that you need to find a way to stop it. Second, Here is a picture of my Kiwi with no tail. I call him stumpy sometimes for short. Its actually quite qute! With no tail to weigh him down, he walks with his but up in the air! (Laughing out loud) For some reason he looses tail really easy, but it grows right back in. I think he bumps it on somthing, then its crooked for a while, and then it falls out on its own and he does not even notice. He lost it about 3 times now, silly boy. He has got about half a tail right now.
