Hello, I'm not a breeder but have 2 mating budgies. out of 6 eggs, 2 have hatched this morning. I have found them in the box freezing cold and stiff, I was able to revive one baby in front of a heater but not the other. I have given the baby very runny formula and put it back in the box with mumma budgie but I don't think she is helping the baby. What should I do ? Hand raise it ? If so, how ? As in, keeping it warm and times between feeding.  Please help me to help the baby budgie.
