What Should I Do?

Hello,

I have a 2 year old male budgie who had been sick for 3 days, symptoms include: squeaking, puffed up feathers, sleeping most of the day, tail bobbing and his breathing is a rather weird sound. The thing is he is eating, his keel bone is fine and his dropping are okay.

Just needing some advice.
