Budgie Left Alone After Death Of Other Budgie

Hi. I don't know whether this is the correct forum for this question.

We had 2 budgies for about 9 months. One of them died this morning. Should I be concerned about the other one? He is calling for his friend and trying to find her.

I would appreciate advice. Thank you.

I wouldn't worry to much about him it'll take him a while to get used to it but I wouldn't rush out and get him a new friend straight away. Do you know what killed the other bird? If he starts looking fluffed up and sick take him to the vet as he might have what your other bird died of but other that should be all good.
