Cubby House To Bird House

Featured Replies

Posted

So my neighbour was looking to sell his cubby house as the kids had outgrown it.

Only having a 1.5 x 0.8 mtr cage/aviary I thought it a great opportunity to get a larger aviary.

So with $ changing hands and some help from a mate who is awesome on the tools we set about converting the cubby.

My daughter was also a help with the painting.

Looks amazing Jazman. I'm sure you will really enjoy it. Looks like you have plenty of room for more budgies now. Congratulations.

Great conversion. Only thing is, if your wall planks are timber, with budgies being the worlds best at shredding wood etc. just keep an eye out for them chewing any holes in walls etc to escape.

Well done jazman, a superb transformation. thanks for sharing.
