My female girls Ceres is starting to change colour, I have two pairs and one girls has gone white and the other girls has gone from a complete brown not with white ring around them, does this mean they are out of breeding season?.

Once the ceres begin to change from the brown or flaky brown to white it means they are now out of condition. I am not to sure about the ceres but I have had females come in and out of condition between 1st and 2nd rounds and they've been fine.

Thank you, when will it turn brown again? Until they come into season / condition again?

A sudden change in a hens cere colour from brown to white/pale blue could be a sign of illness. I have had this happen to me when my entire aviary had canker.
