What is the difference in these two budgies : I know that English budgie is a little bigger and less noisy Am I correct ?

Who is easier tamed and can be more friendly

Which one is easier to taught and can talk better

What is English spit American ?

Please advise who is better to adopt ? English or American ?

I am offered now English spit American baby of 7 weeks

I own pet and show budgies and they make the same amount of noise and are both as friendly as each other. You will get more choice of pretty colours with the pet variety than show.

The English budgies are larger than the pet budgies. But as rachelm says both varieties are noisy, friendly and will tame with a bit of effort. The only difference I have found is that my pet budgies are more active - they never seem to sit still.
