Hello

 

My Budgie 'Baby Huey' is 13months old and I have major concerns that he is a she!! Huey does not 'talk' despite immense hands on and training with us. He became very cranky all of a sudden 2 months ago but has settled a little now although he will no longer allow me to scratch his head and neck.

 

Can anyone please help me with the sex?

I think you may have a hen. Not positive, others may know for certain.

I think I would go for this one as male Quite pronounced blue cere. just my guess

 

I will say a hen, The cere has a bit of white on it.The cere looks like she is out of breeding conditon. When she goes into breeding conditon it will turn tan or brown.
