Posted July 19, 201311 yr Hello all, I have 3 budgies I love them so much. 2 female 1 male. I saw 3 eggs in the cage today, I am very worried I dont want to do something wrong. Im scared if they are broken , she was sitting on 2 and the other one was a bit far. Would the other female get jealous and break the eggs? Do I attach nest box or anything? Please help I want to care for them being aware of what Im doing. Thanks in advance, Hoping to form good friendships with other budgie lovers here ! Esra

July 20, 201311 yr Breeding is a helluva. Task. If u fail its extremely dissappointing. When yOur budgies die, its heartbreaking! Too many things can go wrong as L_J said. Maybe best tO discard+ keep the birds u have. Females fight for a male+ become quite destructive.how old r yor budgies?

July 23, 201311 yr next time you breed, just remember to not colony breed if you are (which is having alot of sexes of budgies in the same cage). agree with L__J
July 23, 201311 yr I isolatethe couples when I c them bonding fr Avery into cages.my Powferpuff died last night at20:00! I am in mourning.
