Hi i bought 2 young budgies yesterday & 1 i can tell is a boy as he has a lot of blue on his cere, the other i am not to sure about as its cere is still pinkish, could anyone help me in dertiming which sex my budgie is please. Pictures below-

 

 

 

Male -young male budgies have pink ceres like your bird in the pictures. Young females have white-ish pink ceres with white around the nostrils, or light blue ceres with white around the nostrils, or light pinkish overall with a whiter look to it. Adult males of certain color mutations keep a cere the color of your bird's.

 

More experienced members will correct me if I'm wrong

Very pretty bird, I'd say male.
