I took the kids down to the budgie show in Picton today for a look. They loved all the birds and we all had our favourites. I must say there were some really nice birds and the difference between them and the ones you see in the pet shops is very noticeable.

There were some very nice birds there today. I thought I saw you, but I didn't get a chance to introduce myself (I was running around like a headless chook). I didn't take any birds to show but ended bringing 5 home

Maybe next time. It is hard when you don't know what someone looks like. Were all the birds at the front for sale?

Looks like I will have to do a bit of searching.

The birds just as you came through the doors were for sale. It was one of my jobs to sell them.

 

Not all our shows are there, just our annual show. We have monthly shows and meetings at a primary school in Campbelltown on the first Friday of the month, except this month it is this Friday coming.

Is that going to be a working bee? haha I turned up to my club after a show for the first time and they were having a working bee. Didn't bother me I was happy to help.
