Well, I've been reading up on genetics and mutations etc, but I still can't quite figure out what exact colours our budgies are!

On the left, we have Bravo who's an unknown colour spangle, and Echo who I think is a clearflight pied.

Sooo all I can figure out is that Bravo likes being on the left in photos and he's a blue/grey spangle, and Echo's a blue clearflight.

Can anyone tell me exactly which blues they are, and does it look like Echo has a bit of violet factor?

Thanks :)

I believe Bravo to be a mauve spangle and Echo to be a cobalt clearflight pied or possibly a violet sky clearflight pied, (A bit difficult to pick in the photos)

Agree with the Mauve spangle for the other he is a Cobalt dominant pied ( also called Australian Banded pied)

clearflight pied - look like a normal bird but the flights are clear (white or yellow)

I don't think Echo's a pied because she has iris rings. :/

Also, her feathers are kind of two toned, and her upper tail/lower back is turquoise. Is that indicative of her being a sky violet?
