Thanks Nadene and Finnie, I've taken first 6 out into kindy cage as Mum decided she didn't like the kids underfoot anymore.

She attacked one last year so I thought I'd get in first. I think she's ready to lay again.

Last 2 are from eggs fostered to same nest as Dad isn;t a good dad. He has eaten eggs, fed first hatched whole seed etc. but these two made it.

They are beautiful!

 I was confused about the hatch dates you wrote at first, until I saw the last one says April, so I think maybe the other ones were meant to have a "4", and not a "5"! (Cuz I know you didn't mean they hatched yesterday and today!:o )

Hi Dilster, she laid 1st egg, 1st round 14-3-2012

Rared those chicks, laid 2nd round from 11-5-2012, let Dad finish off last 4 chicks.

Put her out in kindy cage with bigger chicks to let her have a spell before putting her back in Aviary she laid 2 more eggs off perch.

She is only small pet type bird, and not the best looking bird but she's a wonderful Mum and breeder.
