I have bought this male because i was looking for an albino, but i also noticed some brown markings on his wings... could he be a Lacewing?

 

None of my other Albinos have those markings

 

I know the photos aren't the best, i'll try to take some better.

 

 

He could be a lacewing. The markings often darken a lot after the moult.

Here are two pictures of one of my lacewings. The picture on the left was taken before her first moult and the one on the right after her moult

I'm hopping that it's the same, i'm trying to breed lacewings And that male would speed things.

Either way, i have never seen an albino with markings like mine...

And if what I know is correct, seeing the eyes are black which are not albino...

Albinos have red eyes...

 

Its either a dark eyed clear or lacewing....

Has he already had his first moult???

If in doubt as to poorly marked lacewing or marked albino, catch bird and spread tail feathers, if lacewing will have neutral or lightbrown/cinnamon central tail feathers. If albino will have white. You can compare to your other albinos if still not sure. This check works with all lacewings, white or yellow and all inos, albino or lutino. Hope this helps to clear up identification.
