March 26, 201213 yr it is a hard one to say, seeing as the bird is a recessive pied a male of that type should have a bright pink cere that doesn't change. Make you think this bird could be a girl did the lady give you an age? I don't see any head bars so I would think one moult would have already happened giving an age between 3-6 months at least. March 28, 201213 yr I would like better pictures, too. But from what I can see so far, the cere looks to be blue and white, not pink and white, so I'm going to lean towards girl. Unless you tell me that the bottom half is actually a lavender pink, and not blue.
