Posted March 7, 201213 yr I have an 8 week old budggie that I have had a couple of weeks. When I brought him home he was so small I opted to put him in a smaller cage until he got adjusted and a little bigger. I would like to have his wings clipped and move him to a bigger cage, but don't want to do both at the same time. I know that when you clip them they have to adjust. So I would like input on which I should do first clip or move him to new cage?

March 8, 201213 yr HI, Just my personal opinion. I would Clip & move at the same time. If your worried about his feelings etc. Why upset him twice? Clipping is good & will help enormously during the taming period. Yours B.J. See my web at, spanglefish.com/birdjunkybirdtraining Edited March 8, 201213 yr by Bird Junky
