If anyone lives in the Brisbane region - there is a seed outlet in Springwood that has budgie seed, small parrot, hulled oats for $20-23per 20kg bag. It is AGM brand (allora grain and milling) and from what I've seen it sprouts really well and seems to be a good mixture.

Else, the same seed is sold at Pet Cafe for $28/bag. Still not complaining about that price though
