I gave Sparta some banana with seeds yesterday, and the banana seems to have stuck some seeds onto Sparta's beak... Should i remove the seeds myself or will Sparta eventually rub them off?

depends how safe he feels around you and your hands.

 

I would try first spraying him with some luke warm water - that will cause him to start grooming himself which can make it come loose.

 

mine have never had banana.
