I noticed by budgie seems to have lost some glossiness to her beak. I'm not sure if this is scaly face or over sharpening the beak with the cuttle bone. Any advice would be helpful. Sorry about the photo, my budgie doesn't like the camera to much.

despite fuzzy photo ( please use macro setting for closeups ) there seems to be no evidence of scalyface
