my hen now has 5 eggs and more on the way. the first three are definatly fertilised but when i first candled the first one i could see the baby and the heart beat. now when i candle it it is more cloudy and i cant see any sign of the baby (the red veins are still there) has the baby died? or is this normal

please help

This is normal the chick is just growing. When it gets close to hatch if you check it you wont be able to see a thing. The egg will be all black except for the air space.

i thought that i killed them when i candled them. cos i could see the embryo and the heartbeat at first. four outa five are fertilised and the fith is looking that way. which means all five could be fertilised in her first ever cluch. shes a born breeder (Laughing out loud)
