What size crop needle is needed for budgies/cockatiels?

I've been needing one for ages, and my parents haven't listened up til now ( wildlife rehabilitator told them I needed one, that's why ).

I use a 16 - mainly because I've been using them for tiny pinkies. But I also have a 14 on hand too

I use 14 and 16. I think the 14 is bigger and I use that one for food and the I use the smaller one which I thin is 16 for medication. It could be the other way around which number is which. I can't remember. but I do use the smaller one for meds and the larger one for food.

I use builders spaghetti. It's easier because it's pliable and you just throw it away when you have used it. I should video it one day.
