i was candling my budgies eggs a week ago and 1 of the eggs had about 12 bubbles in it, and today i candled the eggs again and the one that had the bubbles now has veins, has any one experienced this before? did they egg hatch? thank you

Thank you for your post. smile.gif

No, I don't know what it means - sorry. But I saw the same thing in 3 eggs last night and I almost threw them out.

Now I will wait and watch - hopefully mine develop veins too smile.gif

Yes Lion , I have had this many times. Not 100% what causes it , But certain hens seem to produce them more regulary. Sometimes none in a nest then others all.

I believe it is gasses building up in the egg that cannot escape from the egg shell.

I have had many infertile and fertile, Never had on go through to hatch, egg will go addled at any stage during incubation.

Fingers crossed for yours.
