hi im thinking about turning this cubby house into a bird house

where the string is is where the frame will be

 

if you get that:)

 

in side the dimentions are

 

door is 93cm high and 41 across

veranda is 1.5m long 53cm in w and1.1m high

in side is h1.6m w53cm L1.4

windows are 35cm by 35cm

Sounds like a good idea. It is quite small.

Are you gonna put your birds in there when breeding?

 

I am converting my one into a bird room too.

the pitcure of the roof is the side that i will put a in door flight as high as the door and on to will be my breeding cages and also on the other side will be a table and food ect where i had the rope will be same on the out side of the other side and joined above the door and yess it is quit small but itl do ti i get more budgies

any thoughts on a safety door area so birds dont escape when you go through ?

yes i did but the birds wont be free in the cubby house it explaynes more in my origonal post

all i can say is lots of ventilation is a must so windows on frount and back i stuffed up in that area

and if i was you a roof on your roof type thing at one in half foot height paint it white

or a shade sail if that seems cheeper

same hight but make sure it doesn hit roof and is tight
