Weird as it sounds l saw my two budgies mating. So l am expecting eggs hopefully within 5-10 days, very excited. : )

You do realise though, that just because you saw them mating DOES NOT automatically mean you'll get eggs. Just like humans, budgie do have sex/mate for fun and just like humans... it does not always result in babies/eggs.

Well if you do get some eggs and chicks out of these guys, expect 50% spangles and 50% normals

Also, if your hen had 2 green parents and your cock had 2 blue parents, then you will get all greens masking blue.

If your hen had a blue parent you'll get 50% blue and 50% green masking blue.
