Can anyone tell me if budgies come in a cinnamon colour? (similar to that of a cinnamon cockatiel) & would that be an easy colour to find for purchase?

No they dont....you can get them with cinnamon wings but not the brownish cinnamon body colour you are thinking of. Closest colour match would be a cinnamon grey ( cinnamon wings and grey body colour )
