Thanks Dan, yes I wonder what I lost sometimes, because I lost all the yellow DF sp cocks chicks to his daughter and granddaughters and I lost nearly all his sons the white df sp to his daughters and half sisters and I was expecting great things from them this year.

I just pray next year will be much kinder to me.

Time for and Update on my breeding.

I am winding down but still have some nest going

 

I have a nest that had the white boy paired to his daughter a sky spangle they have 2 chicks. The white boy died at my hands several days ago.

Their chicks here, but only one is the other I fostered because it was smaller, the other chick is from another nest it is a lutino.

 

The lutino is a hen from a Lutino/ albino pairing. I did this for my clearbodies.

 

Another nest is the dilute/dilute.

they have 5 chicks

In this nest there is a grey split albino cock from a albino /grey

 

and a dark green dom pied from a dark green dom pied/light green cinnamon , they have 2 chicks another pied in another nest because the hen plucked them stupid, are are quite small because of this but are getting bigger thank god.

Violet green / violet sky spangle pairing, 2 chicks, The other chick is from the white boy/sky spangle

 

Light green (Ron Blizzard cock x grey green cinn (my bird)

they had 3 chicks

2 light greens and 1 grey green, in the nest there is a dilute and the other dom pied

 

Violet yellow face / grey

4 chicks

 

White df spangle / grey opaline spangle

3 chicks and 2 chicks from grey green spangle/ yellow df spangle ( the smallest chicks but one died yesterday and one the other died today, really disappointed because I really wanted those chicks more than any chicks that are here except for the the white boys. The cock belongs to Geoff and I only loaned him, He is out of my hen and his cock bird.

 

I have one other nest with fertile eggs and waiting for them to hatch.
