What is this feathers ( May 1st: normal feathers, May 2nd : this feathers. only one day) or which disease? feather picking , viral disease (BFD, PBFD) or what ?

To me it appears to be french moult

does it appear only 1 day ?

not sure if its french molt - they lose feathers with that

not sure of any illness/disease that shows up in just a day though

The bird has been ripping at its feathers. It isnt french moult.

 

Something is stressing the bird.
