Young Male Budgie ?

G'day all,

I would like to purchase young male hand raised budgie if posiblle it's a gift for my kids and they would like to teach budgie to talk. I live west of Melbourne Caroline Springs area. Pick up it's not a issue ...

Don't know much about budgies any help and advice it's welcome.
