Mum and I are wondering if anyone can tell us if Dalek is a boy or girl. He has just come out of the aviary and sat patiently on my finger while mum took the photos. He is a very mellow budgie and doesn't bite. He nipped me twice and then was like 'Meh *pose*'

That is one of the cutest budgies I've ever seen! I love the electric blue on its face :D
