February 4, 201114 yr I found a budgie with a ring code starting with the same letters. I emailed them and finally got a response... all be it 'months' later... so I hope you're not in any hurry!
February 5, 201114 yr I am pretty sure that it belongs to Malcom Randell Riverina Club but he has moved to Gippsland I think but I think he is still a member of the Riverina. i started out with his birds and I am quite sure he is MR1. He started over 20 years ago or more, he is open use to be in The Champion class. Edited February 5, 201114 yr by splat
February 5, 201114 yr Yes MR1 is Malcom Randell, where did you see or buy the bird. He is a nice bloke, very helpful.
