do u give your baby budgies that are not in breeding condition a block of calcium and cuttle bone........i have too many baby budgies and every day i hang many blocks of calcium in their aviary and after 1 day they eat it all so i wanted to know that do u give your young budgies a block of calcium and cuttle bone or you guys only give it to your breeding pairs?

you give all birds it and block iodine the red color ones

how many babys do you have ozman {sorry if i spelt your name wrong i can not scroll to see if its correct :{ )

maybe it would be wizer for you to get water solubal one if you have many chicks / birds

 

if you give me a estimate of your birds older and young i can suggest the best way to main tain your flocks health

How many budgies do you have?! My aviary birds get a whole one every month or two, and I have 40 birds!

I think you should stop breeding. Seriously. You have all these babies and you are asking questions that even someone who doesnt breed should know.

If you only have babies... then WHAT are you breeding with??? All budgies need to be over 12 months of age to breed!

I think (hope) that he means he has 35 birds only counting babies, but im sure he has more than that (ie older breeding and non breeding birds). Actually, either way makes for a poor situation, 35 babies total (some of which are breeding) is scary, as is 35 babies PLUS more birds with the sort of questions that have so far shown a distinct lack of knowledge and handling skill.
