hi-can anyone help?got antibiotics from vet,which is in her drinking water,and my hen only appears to have drank twice in 4 days-she does appear to be better,but my querie is if she only drinks the medicine a couple of times out of the weeks course is this okay?

Crop needle is really the best way to medicate birds. Adding medication to the drink water is, as you have learned, a very un-exact method.

will go back to vet and ask about crop needle-thank you for reply,ive never had to medicate before and appreciate the advice.she is a beautiful white spangle that the breeder i got my 6 other birds from gave me as a gift,and i would hate to not be medicating her,or any of my other birds,properly.thank you
