Hi all, a few days ago my lovely budgie decided he needed an adventure and took off into the great unknown.

 

Last seen in abbotsford melbourne

 

He is very noticable because of his unique colour. He is not the friendliest of birds but he will allow handling if you persist.

 

If anyone sees him please let me know, his family is missing him so much.

We were just talking about this mutation on the board - well I was. Do you have a picture you can put up on here?

 

Have you put fliers up in yoru neighbourhood?

Flyers are up everywhere and I have told all the local vets and shelters and even done a letterbox drop in the local suburb. We are just hoping someone finds him safe and sound.

Still no sign of Ivy. Finding him is a long shot since we live by a beautiful river and reserve filled with parrots but we continue to try anyway.

If you know of any places nearby with aviaries go and let them know. Many a time I have found someones escaped pet budgie hanging to the side of our aviaries and I have caught them. They hear the sounds and are attracted to it.
